I have just passed my driving test with only 5 minor faults. I found the LD system with the workbook and DVDs very helpful and without it I wouldn't have passed. Ian my LDC instructor had plans for every lesson worked out and gave me homework ahead of my next lesson so I had a good idea of the subject before trying it. I would definitely recommend Ian as the best instructor about!

When I first contacted Ian about driving lessons I was extremely nervous. However, Ian helped calm me down during that first telephone conversation and he was really patient all the way through my training. Ian was always on time, our lessons were well planned and structured - he was very good at breaking down the components of driving into easy to understand parts. I managed to pass first time and would highly recommend Ian as an instructor.

Ian is a fantastic instructor. I wanted to pass my test during the summer and before heading off to University - to this end Ian fitted in my lessons at times that suited me, he was punctual and well prepared. Each lesson had its own aims and goals and the fact that I passed first time is a testiment to Ians ability as an instructor. Thanks Ian!

I was incredibly nervous when learning to drive with my previous instructor.. I switched to LDC and with Ian my nerves disappeared and my driving improved to the point wehere I passed first time with only 3 minors. Ian made me feel at ease, he had superb knowledge, was patient and always available for help...even outside of hours.

I had taken a test with a different driving school and had failed on one of the manouevres. With Ian I felt immediately at ease and he helped to build my confidence where it had lacked previously. Despite being really nervous on my test, especially about the manouevres, I remembered evertything I had been taught and passed with only 3 minor faults. I would recommend Ian to anyone learning to drive...my brother is currently learning with Ian.

I have just passed my test at the 1st attempt with only 4 minor driving faults. I felt that the training I was given by Ian was fun and enjoyable. As long as you concentrate and listen to the tuition given you will learn quickly and can pass your test too.

Taking lessons with Ian and LDC has been a very worthwhile experience. The LD system, supported by the Driving Skills DVDs and workbook helps alot. Ian is always punctual, has a lesson plan devised and motivates you to achieve your lesson objectives. It was good learning to drive with Ian.

I passed my test 1st time (4 minor faults) having had 27 hours of tuition and no other practise. Ian took our lessons at the pace that was right for me and identified my strengths early on, so as not to waste time. I felt very relaxed throughout the learning. Ian inspried confidence in me that enabled me to pass first time.

Before starting with Ian I had two previous driving instructors; Ian was by far the most helpful and easiest to drive with. He gives really good, clear tuition and advice. He never criticises and always does what's best for you. I passed 1st time with Ian and would strongly recommend him to anyone as a driving instructor.

Learning to drive with Ian has been a great experience that I would recommend to anyone. Ian’s explanations of driving techniques are always clear and he has loads of patience if you get something wrong or don’t understand. Ian is easy to talk to and have a laugh with whilst learning.
